Chai, Chai, Chai Again Tea

Dust yourself off and Chai, Chai again.

This delicious herbal Chai recipe is great hot or chilled over ice. Brew it up with your favorite milk and add a spoonful of honey for a sweeter drink. The many carminative spices found in our Chai are traditionally used for improving digestion, easing stomach pains, and increasing circulation and immune function.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rooibos Tea, Cardamom Pods, Cinnamon Chips, Allspice Berries, Star Anise, Licorice Rt.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Add 1-3 tsp of tea to 8oz water. Simmer, covered for 15 min. Turn off heat, allow to sit for 10 min. Strain and enjoy.
  • Medicinal strength batch: Add 4-5 Tbsp of tea in a quart jar, fill with nearly boiling water, close and allow to sit overnight. Strain in the morning and drink throughout the day.
