Our Respiratory Relief was created to help with common pesky respiratory complaints. Respiratory Relief is made up of herbs known to help move stubborn phlegm up and out, soothe inflamed tissues, and bring some ease to your cough, common cold symptoms, or your tired respiratory tract.

INGREDIENTS:

Licorice Rt, Yerba Santa Lf, Elecampane Rt, Coltsfoot, Red Clover, Wild Cherry Bk, Ginger Rt, Hyssop, Marshmallow Rt, Mullein Lf.

FLAVOR PROFILE:

Green and Earthy.

DIRECTIONS:

Add 1-3 tsp of tea to 8oz hot water. Steep for 5-10 min. Enjoy.
Medicinal strength batch: Add 4-5 Tbsp of tea in a quart jar, fill with nearly boiling water, close and allow to sit overnight. Strain in the morning and drink throughout the day.
