Berry Immunity Tea contains one of our favorite ways to build up the immune system, Elderberry. It is combined with other herbs to help us build up defenses to avoid illness and infection.
- Elderberry, Hibiscus Flr, Calendula Flr, Astragalus Rt, Echinacea Rt, Licorice Rt, Yarrow Flr.
- Add 1-3 tsp of tea to 8oz hot water. Steep for 5-10 min. Enjoy.
- Medicinal strength batch: Add 4-5 Tbsp of tea in a quart jar, fill with nearly boiling water, close and allow to sit overnight. Strain in the morning and drink throughout the day.
