Asclepias tuberosa 

As indicated by its name, pleurisy is considered effective for inflammation of the respiratory tissues, including deep coughs, bronchitis, pleurisy, and pneumonia. It also acts as an expectorant, helping to break up mucous so that the body can more easily purge it.  

**Excessive doses of Pleurisy can cause nausea and vomiting. Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation. Check for other contraindications.**
