Instructions:
To prepare:
Take one heaping cup of herb, place in a muslin bag and simmer on the stove in a pot of water for 10-15 minutes, turn off heat and let sit in a quart jar for 4 hours.
For a Yoni Steam:
Brew as directed above, turn off heat, allow to cool slightly. Place pot on a heat safe surface under a slated chair and with a towel draped over you sit on the chair for 5-10 minutes allowing the steam to rise from below you.
For Sitz Bath:
If using a sitz bath kit, add 1 cup hot water to your herbal mixture, and set kit into place. Alternating from the hot sitz bath to cool water and submerging every 15 minutes is recommended for maximum healing benefits.
For the bath tub:
Brew herbs in a muslin as directed above, and allow to sit for the full 4 hours. Transfer all contents into your bathtub. Soak leisurely and enjoy.
