Rhus glabra

Sumac berries are toning and drying, working to tighten tissues and stop excessive discharges. They are often used to tone bowels troubled by laxity, swelling, bloating, and diarrhea. They also have an affinity for the kidneys, and may help to regulate blood sugar.
