Pink pepper stimulates digestion, and can be especially useful for helping the body better digest meat. It also relieves congestion by warming the bronchial passageways. It makes a delicious addition to sauces, seasonings, marinating and pickle brines.  Its sweet-spicy flavor has become a recent favorite with chefs all over the world. Its taste is often described as “fruity,” making it a wonderful complement for fruit sauces, vinaigrettes, and spiced desserts.
