Ingredients:

  • Comfrey Lf, Aloe Lf, Chrysanthemum Fl, Marshmallow Rt, Calendula Fl. EO Rose Geranium.

Instructions for Use:

  • Bring 2-3 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add ½- 1 cup dry herbs, cover and let simmer for 5-8 minutes.
  • Remove pot from heat source.
  • Place on a solid heat-safe surface at a comfortable height for you to lean over. First, test the temperature of the steam.
  • Slowly and cautiously hover over the pot, so that the steam from your steeping herbs is making contact with your face. If the temperature is good, get settled and continue hovering with a towel over your head keeping in the steam.
  • Lift the towel occasionally or remove your head from under the towel for ventilation.
  • Make sure not to overheat yourself! Steam for 5-8 minutes.
  • When finished steaming pat face dry with a clean towel and apply any facial toner and moisturizer of your choice.
  • You can strain out herbs and use the remaining “tea” as a face rinse for the next few days. Store tea in fridge once cooled. “Tea” will keep in fridge 2-3 days.
