Instructions: Brew by the cup: 1-3 teaspoons per cup

Ingredients: Vitex, Dong Quai, Raspberry, Ashwagandha Rt, Oatstraw, Horny Goat Weed, Maca Rt, Black Cohosh, Astragulus Rt.
