Children's Wind Down Tea

Winding down from a day full of play.

A day of play and excitement can create an endless supply of energy for kids. Our Children’s Wind Down tea blend is formulated with kid friendly herbs to help bring calm to that excess supply of fiery energy. Catnip, although activating for cats, is grounding and calming to humans. Lemon balm and Passionflower create a sense of stillness from within; alongside Chamomile and Lavender for added aromatherapy benefits. With our Children’s Wind Down tea blend, help your kiddos come back to a soothing state of relaxation.

Tea Suggestions:

Age -- Suggestions 
Younger than 2 years -- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
2 to 4 years -- 2 teaspoons
4 to 7 years -- 1 tablespoon
7 to 11 years -- 2 tablespoons

*Do not use with infants. Consult with your practitioner before using with your child.
