Laurus nobilis
The bay tree was revered by the Greeks & Romans as a symbol of wisdom, peace and protection. Bay leaf is known for its antiseptic, anti-oxidant, carminative, diuretic, and immune-boosting properties. It is packed with vitamins and minerals, including vitamins C and A & several B vitamins. Bay leaves are also excellent for repelling insects.
