INGREDIENTS:

  • Marshmallow Rt, Chamomile Flr, Peppermint Lf, Fenugreek Sd, Fennel Sd, Lemon Balm, Ginger Rt.

DIRECTIONS:

  • Tea Suggestions:
  • Age -- Suggested
    Younger than 2 years -- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
    2 to 4 years -- 2 teaspoons
    4 to 7 years -- 1 tablespoon
    7 to 11 years -- 2 tablespoons

*Do not use with infants. Consult with your practitioner before using with your child. Add age appropriate amount of tea to 8oz hot water. Steep for 5-10 min. Enjoy.
