Clear Head steam is a blend of herbs you brew like tea, but is used as a steam you gently breathe in. Clear Head Steam is made from herbs that have been used to help with mild sinus or respiratory congestion.

Ingredients:

• Eucalyptus Lf, Horehound, Coltsfoot, Elderflower, Sage Lf, Peppermint Lf, Menthol Crystals.

Instructions for Use:

• Step 1: Add 1/2 cup (.5 oz by weight) Clear Head Steam blend to 16oz water. Bring to a boil and turn off heat.
• Step 2: Transfer pot to heat safe bowl, and bring to a table or area where you can place your steam onto and sit comfortably. Place a small towel over your head. Lean over steam in pot, making sure you are far enough away to avoid burning.
  Step 3: Breath deeply over the pot for a few minutes at a time for comfort. Discard Clear Head Steam after each use. Do not reuse blend.
