Rosemary is more than just a tasty culinary seasoning! It has long been used for increasing memory and cognitive function. Blended with other brain-health herbs, it makes a great tea to sip while studying or working. It is used in dream pillows or medicine blends geared to promote lucid dreaming and dream recall. Rosemary is also helpful for relaxing smooth muscles, reducing inflammation, regulating blood pressure, clearing stagnant energy, and fighting bacteria.
