Wild Cherry Bark
Wild cherry has a toning and stimulating action on the digestive system and a sedative effect on the nervous system. The sedative qualities help to calm coughing. It is often used for dry, irritated coughs, and can be combined with other herbs for asthma. Wild cherry is a key ingredient in many herbal cough syrups, and is great for sore and scratchy throats. It also improves appetite and supports proper digestion.
*Wild cherry bark may not be appropriate for use during pregnancy. This is not a full list of all possible contraindications.*
THS recommends that you consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal products, particularly if you take other medications, or if you are nursing, pregnant, or expecting to become pregnant.
