This time of year I like to nourish my body with herbs to boost my immune system and help transition into a new time of year. There are so many lovely herbs to help you out with this. Elderberry, being an all time favorite and one that the kiddos enjoy as well, will be the plant of interest in this Elderberry Spritzer Mocktail. These dark, delicious berries are both helpful as a preventative and during active viruses. Sip up to stay well!

Before you begin crafting your mocktail, you'll need to prepare a batch of our Elderberry Blast Syrup. Learn how here: Elderberry Blast Syrup Blend.
Here’s what you will need to make this Mocktail:
For each mocktail, you'll need:- 1oz of Elderberry Blast Syrup
- 2oz cherry juice
- Dash of orange juice
- Ice
- Top off with sparkling water
- Want to be fancy? Garnish with a cherry and an orange slice!
To Make Your Own: Elderberry Spritzer
- Mix together your Elderberry Syrup and juices.
- Add Ice and Spritzer water. I love crushed ice. It really gets in there and absorbs the Elderberry.
- Top off with garnish, and spoil the ones you love!
- Enjoy!
