Going Inward Tea Blend Recipe

Sharden Grimm
Fall is in full swing and winter is beginning to settle in to the PNW. It's a time to dive into the inner workings of our consciousness. A time for creativity, crafting, homemaking, and settling. We move a little slower this time of year, which gives us more time to sift through our psyches. Take this time to sip tea, go inward, and explore the shadowy sides of you. Grab a book, start a new journal, make mental goals for what parts of yourself you would like to explore. This nourishing tea blend aims to keep you grounded while you venture into the darker side of the season. Adaptogens, like Holy Basil and Ashwagandha, will help you keep your wits about you, keeping you strong and able. The Cedar and Rosemary provide grounding protection. Oatstraw and Burdock nourish the body, while Blue Vervain allows you to soften into this slower time of year. Tea Blend (Parts can mean oz, cups, spoonfuls, you name it) 2 parts Oatstraw 2 parts Holy Basil 1 part Burdock 1 part Blue Vervain 1 part Ashwagandha .5 part Cedar.5 part Rosemary
